1. Introduction & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding contract between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and Majida Ameer Textiles ("we", "us", "our", or "the brand"), having its primary finishing workshop and client showroom at Mughal Plaza, Jhangi Syedan, Islamabad, Islamabad, Pakistan.

These Terms apply to all visits to and browsing of our website (majidaameer.com), all order placements across Pakistan, direct telephone or WhatsApp orders, bespoke custom bedding consultations, and any communication with our customer service team.

By browsing this website, submitting an order, or confirming an order through WhatsApp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Website Usage Rules

You agree to use this website solely for legitimate personal shopping and consultation purposes. Specifically, you agree that you will not:

• Place fictitious, fraudulent, or speculative orders under false contact coordinates, wrong telephone numbers, or bogus addresses.
• Engage in automated data extraction, web crawling, scraping, or indexing of our proprietary bedding photography or prices without our express written consent.
• Attempt to probe, compromise, scan, or breach our server infrastructure, database, checkout workflows, or digital payment gateways.
• Misuse contact channels or submit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful communications to our customer service staff or workshop artisans.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these rules or engages in abusive purchasing practices.

3. Products & Sizing Specs

We take pride in our artisanal heritage and make every effort to display the dimensions, fabrics, stitching density, and colors of our textiles with meticulous accuracy.

• Pakistani Standard Sizing: All ready-made Majida Ameer bedding is proportioned specifically for Pakistani mattresses:
  • King Bed Sheet: 100 x 96 inches (Engineered to fit standard 72 x 78 inch mattress with a generous 12-inch tuck-in on all four sides). Includes two matching pillow covers (19 x 29 inches).
  • Queen Bed Sheet: 90 x 96 inches (Engineered to fit 66 x 78 inch queen mattress). Includes two matching pillow covers (19 x 29 inches).
  • Single Bed Sheet: 60 x 96 inches (Engineered to fit 42 x 78 inch single mattress). Includes one matching pillow cover (19 x 29 inches).
  • Fitted Sheets: Built with 14-inch deep corner pockets and continuous 360-degree reinforced elastic grip to fit modern pillowtop and memory foam mattresses securely without slipping.
  • Duvet / Quilt Covers: 90 x 96 inches with internal corner tie-ribbons to keep your duvet insert anchored in place and concealed zipper or button closures.
• Authentic Textile Composition: Our linens are crafted from pure 100% long-staple combed cotton, washed luxury velvets, and high-density sateen weaves. Natural fibers provide breathability, softness, and temperature regulation.
• Color & Screen Calibration: While our photography captures real products under calibrated daylight studio illumination, subtle differences in color tonality may occur depending on your mobile device screen type, OLED displays, TrueTone, or Night Shift filters.
• Natural Textile Variations: Because we weave from natural long-staple combed cotton, subtle yarn slubs, weave density textures, and artisanal dye lot variations between production batches are inherent hallmarks of luxury natural textiles.

4. Custom Bedding & Bespoke Orders

To accommodate non-standard bedroom dimensions and luxury interior designer requirements, Majida Ameer Textiles offers dedicated Custom Bedding Options through our online studio and WhatsApp concierge.

• Custom Specifications: Customers can tailor dimensions including bespoke sheet widths, custom drop depths for high mattresses (e.g., 10", 12", 16", or 18" deep fitted pockets), non-standard duvet covers, and coordinated extra pillow or cushion covers.
• Artisanal Craft Tolerance: Because each custom bedding piece is individually hand-cut, lockstitched, and hand-inspected in our atelier, an industry-standard dimensional tolerance of ±0.5 to 1.0 inch is accepted practice in natural textile craftsmanship.
• Finality of Custom Orders: Because bespoke items are cut and finished according to your unique mattress specifications, custom bedding orders are non-returnable and exempt from standard size exchanges. Customers are responsible for verifying accurate mattress width, length, and depth measurements before finalizing their custom order.
• Custom Workmanship Guarantee: In the rare event of a verified atelier tailoring mistake (e.g., product delivered with dimensions differing significantly from the confirmed custom order specifications), we will promptly alter, remake, or replace the item free of charge.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) and include applicable local turnover taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Nationwide Shipping Fees: Standard courier delivery across Pakistan is a flat Rs 250. We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders with a product total exceeding Rs 4,999.
• Promotional Discounts: Coupon codes and seasonal offers must be applied in the designated promo code field before clicking "Place Order". Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders already submitted.
• Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a typographical, database, or algorithmic pricing error where an item is displayed at an incorrect price (e.g., Rs 0), we reserve the right to decline or cancel that order, notifying you immediately with the option to proceed at the correct price.

6. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our storefront, you will receive an automated electronic confirmation via SMS and email acknowledging receipt of your order details.

Order Acceptance: A legally binding contract of sale is finalized only when our team audits the product in our Islamabad atelier, packages it in our signature dust bag, and hands the parcel to the courier with an active airway tracking number (AWB).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch in circumstances such as: unexpected stock exhaustion, unverified telephone contact details, unserviceable remote delivery addresses, suspected fraudulent card usage, or a documented history of unjustified Cash on Delivery parcel refusals.

7. Payment Methods

We provide two reliable, certified payment methods across Pakistan:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide for orders up to Rs 50,000. You pay the exact invoice amount in cash directly to the courier rider upon parcel handover at your doorstep. Please ensure exact change is available whenever possible.
• Online Digital Card Payments: Processed through certified Pakistani payment gateways (such as Safepay or authorized bank switches). All digital transactions are protected by bank-grade TLS encryption and 3D Secure OTP verification.

8. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our contracted courier logistics partners (TCS, Call Courier, Trax, and Leopards Courier). Every order is dispatched directly from our Islamabad finishing workshop.

• Transit Times: Major urban centers (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot) typically receive parcels within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch. Regional and remote destinations require 3 to 5 business days.
• Consignment Tracking: Once dispatched, an automated tracking airway bill (AWB) number is transmitted to your mobile number via SMS and email, allowing you to follow parcel transit in real time.
• Parcel Inspection upon Arrival: All packages leave our atelier sealed inside tamper-evident courier poly-flyers. Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting. Do not accept parcels that show evident physical tampering, tears, or broken security tape.
• Delivery Attempts: Courier riders make up to two delivery attempts and will call the phone number provided. If the rider cannot reach the customer after two attempts, the parcel will return to the local courier hub for 48 hours before being returned to our atelier.

9. Exchange Policy

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for sleeping products, Majida Ameer Textiles operates strictly on an Exchange-Only Policy. Standard product returns and cash/card refunds are not offered.

• 7-Day Window: Customers must report an exchange request within 7 days of parcel delivery by contacting our WhatsApp support team or emailing care@majidaameertextiles.com.
• Qualifying Grounds: Exchanges are approved for: incorrect size selected by customer, delivery of an incorrect design or colorway, parcel transit damage, or qualifying manufacturing flaws.
• Mandatory Condition: Bed linens must remain 100% unwashed, unused, free of odors or pet dander, and packed in original brand packaging with all tags attached. Linens that have been washed, used on a mattress, or altered cannot be exchanged.
• Courier Charges on Exchange: If the exchange is due to an atelier error, wrong design dispatched, or verified manufacturing flaw, Majida Ameer Textiles bears 100% of reverse courier shipping. If the exchange is requested due to customer preference or sizing swap, the customer covers a standard nominal flat reverse courier fee (Rs 250).

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be modified or cancelled without penalty prior to dispatch from our Islamabad workshop:

• Cancellation Cut-Off: You may cancel an order within 2 to 4 hours of placement, before our packing desk generates the courier shipping label and seals the consignment.
• In-Transit Orders: Once an order has been handed to the courier rider and entered transit, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. Refusing the parcel upon delivery is not an acceptable method of cancellation.
• Custom Bedding Exemption: Custom, made-to-order bedding cannot be cancelled once fabric cutting and tailoring have commenced in our atelier.
• Prepaid Refunds: If a prepaid online card order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund is reversed to your original card within 5 to 7 banking business days.

12. Fabric Care & Washing Standards

To maintain the silky luster, hand feel, and structural integrity of pure combed cotton, customers agree to follow our certified laundering guidelines:

• Washing Temperature: Machine wash on a gentle or delicate cycle using cold or lukewarm water (maximum 30°C / 85°F). High temperatures damage natural cotton fibers and accelerate fading.
• Detergent Selection: Use a mild, gentle liquid detergent. Do NOT use chlorine bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh stain solvents, as they strip fiber lubricants and weaken stitching threads.
• Color Separation: Wash deep tones (charcoal, emerald, navy, terracotta) separately for the first two laundering cycles to prevent fugitive dye transfer.
• Drying & Ironing: Line dry inside-out in the shade to protect natural pigments from harsh sunlight ultraviolet degradation. Alternatively, tumble dry on delicate low heat. Press with a warm iron on reverse while slightly damp for a crisp hotel finish.
• Natural Cotton Shrinkage: Pure combed cotton fibers naturally experience 2% to 3% shrinkage during initial washing. Our atelier factors this standard shrinkage allowance into our cutting dimensions to ensure generous fit even after repeated laundering.

Textile damages resulting from improper home laundering (bleach damage, boiling water exposure, or excessive heat scorch) are not eligible for exchange or claim.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to the brand name "Majida Ameer Textiles", brand monograms, registered logos, editorial textile photography, custom bedroom styling concepts, text descriptions, graphics, design layouts, and proprietary software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Majida Ameer Textiles.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, scrape, or exploit any portion of this website's imagery, design assets, or written content for commercial purposes without our express prior written authorization.

14. Reviews & User Submissions

We welcome genuine reviews, bedroom photos, and styling feedback from verified customers. By submitting feedback or tagging us on social media:

• You confirm that your review is based on an authentic purchase and reflects your genuine personal experience.
• You grant Majida Ameer Textiles a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display the review, rating, bedroom photo, and customer city on our website, email newsletters, and official social media channels.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews containing profanity, defamatory statements, false claims, or commercial spam.

15. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

To protect our workshop artisans, logistics couriers, and honest patrons across Pakistan, we enforce zero tolerance for fraudulent purchasing behavior, including:

• Unjustified COD Parcel Refusals: Placing Cash on Delivery orders with the intention of ignoring courier telephone calls or refusing the delivery parcel upon arrival without legitimate cause.
• Bad-Faith Claims: Falsifying product flaws, staging artificial damage, or using bed sets for events/social shoots and then demanding an exchange.
• Multiple Account Exploitation: Creating duplicate profiles to circumvent coupon code limits or one-time promotional allowances.

Customers engaging in repeated unjustified COD refusals or bad-faith abuse will have their contact numbers and delivery addresses permanently blacklisted from Cash on Delivery privileges.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Pakistan, Majida Ameer Textiles, its owners, directors, and artisans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, courier delays beyond our control, or temporary website technical downtime.

In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate legal liability arising out of or related to any order shall strictly not exceed the total price actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

17. Force Majeure & Logistics Delays

Majida Ameer Textiles shall not be held liable or considered in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control.

Such events include, but are not limited to: severe weather events (monsoon floods, dense seasonal fog delays), road closures, civil disturbances, nationwide courier fuel shortages, power grid outages, telecommunication blockades, or regional administrative restrictions. In such circumstances, our logistics desk will make every diligent effort to deliver your order at the earliest practical date.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate purchasing agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, orders placed on our website, or customer service interactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
